By booking a Photo Mini Session, you agree to the following: 
General Conditions for Photographing Birds at Ripley Waterfowl Conservancy (RWC):
  • Reservations for Photography Mini Sessions must be booked in advance.
  • Photographers must meet with a member of the RWC staff for Covid-19 screening and general instructions prior to photographing.
  • Feeding, touching, or harassment of any birds is strictly prohibited.
  • Photography of adjoining estate property (including buildings and gardens) is strictly prohibited.
  • The sale of packaged media with RWC logo or branding is prohibited.
  • Acknowledgment of Ripley Waterfowl Conservancy in the credits of the publication, with prior approval, is required.
  • Copies of digital files containing photographs and videos taken at RWC must be provided for use in RWC publications upon request (with proper credit to photographer).
  
  Cancellations:
  • Photographers must notify RWC if they will not be able to attend their selected day.
  • Refunds may be requested in cases of inclement weather which results in school closures.
  • ONE makeup date of RWC’s choosing will be offered for all photographers unable to come due to weather or other circumstances, in the case that a refund has not been given.
Refusal to abide by the general conditions stated in this contract will result in the forfeiture of all images captured at RWC and future opportunities to photograph at the Conservancy.
 
Session Description:
 Professional and amateur photographers welcome. Participants may enter selected enclosures only. Photographers may be onsite during the hours of their scheduled appointment only.

Session Fees (per photographer): 
•Mini Session Pass for one selected day: $25
 
The Conservancy does not guarantee the results of the photography session. Working with live birds and unpredictable weather conditions poses a risk for less than ideal photos.
