Return of the Wolf: 6 Day Wildlife Expedition to Yellowstone National Park

from $6,500.00

Trip Dates: May 2 – May 7, 2027

The reintroduction of grey wolves into the Yellowstone Basin is one of the most successful rewilding projects in North America. Ripley was an early participant in rewilding birds, given our original work with the Hawaiian Goose and now more recently the Trumpeter Swan.

Join Rosemary Ripley and Peter Grubstein for six days and five nights in the world's first national park, guided by expert naturalists through the Lamar Valley and Northern Range — Yellowstone's most wildlife-rich corridors. You will track wolf packs across open valleys at dawn and watch bears emerge from winter. As you stand among bison herds moving across this protected land, you will see nature at its best: magnificent and unfiltered.
